Welcome to Gujarati Cultural Association of Bay Area

Gujarati Cultural Association (GCA) of Bay Area, California was established as a non-profit, charitable and educational organization. It was established 30 years ago by first generation of Gujarati’s. GCA is one of the largest cultural organizations in west coast with thousands of Gujarati speaking members and supporters. AS of today the GCA membership has reached over 2000. Over the last 30 years GCA has conducted several activities to promote Gujarati/Indian religious and cultural programs for bay area residents.

Our main purpose of the Gujarati Cultural association is to:
• maintain, enhance, understand, and appreciate Gujarati culture and language
• Preserve Gujarati heritage by celebrating various Gujarati holidays, encourage friendship among members with entertainment   and sporting events, and educate youth about Gujarati customs.

To promote these goals, GCA organizes Navratri Garba, Cultural Program, Holi festival, Sankrant Festival, Diwali Dinner, Summer Picnic and other events to bring together our community. GCA provides a platform to further Gujarati traditions and culture.
