GCA Cultural Show – RULES:

1. GCA reserves the right of selecting any and all items for the show. Needed entries will be chosen based

on many performance criteria and receipt of a fully completed application package. GCA reserves the

right to refuse any participants or groups from performing without giving any reason.

2. Please make sure that the uploaded file is accessible to anyone with the link. The general access to the file

must not be ‘restricted’.

3. Each Group performance must not exceed 3 minutes (including opening and closing).

4. Please ensure that the dance, song, and participants in your audition video and application match exactly

with the performance presented during the event. Last-minute changes will not be allowed or approved.

GCA reserves the right to disqualify any group if there are discrepancies between the submission and

the actual performance.

5. Performances must not be political or violent in theme.

6. No explicit music allowed.

7. No candlelight will be allowed, however battery-operated flashlights may be used.

8. The group leader/choreographer should check in his/her participants before 5:30 PM on the show date

with the assigned backstage coordinator.

9. Group performances are encouraged to apply.

10. All performer costumes must adhere to the appropriate dress code and must be approved by the GCA

team prior to the event.

11. Group performances must be organized by age category.

12. GCA has the right to change the date/content of the cultural program for any valid reason.
