Kite Festival is a festival celebrated in almost all parts of India. As spring approaches in India, kites fill the sky in celebration.
The sale of tickets online through the GCA Website will be closed at 5:00 PM PST on January 27th, 2023. However, a limited number of tickets will be available for purchase on-site on a first-come, first-served basis.

Event Environment fees for each adult member and nonmembers. Kids under 5 years of age free.
Park Environment fees are required for all adults and children over 5 years of age.
Everyone requires showing a printed purchase receipt to receive food or a kite kit.
Kite Kits are sold online only. Please buy your Kite kits or Environmental tickets in advance.
Additional purchase at the location by online only.

Unfortunately, due to the ground conditions caused by rain, we need to reschedule the event on 1/28/2023. If you have purchased your tickets before 1/19/2023 5:30 PM, you are entitled to request a refund before 1/21/2023 5:30 PM. Please reach out to members@gcabayarea.org for your refund requests.
I, while participating in any GCA event, or any members of my family, or guests that participate with my accomplishment, release GCA and their committee members and officers from any and all liabilities for injury and/or damage to any person or property. I also give my authority and permission to GCA for taking any and all actions which it seems necessary in the event of injury and/or damage to persons or property in my accomplishment.
